1971: CLINT KINNEY & LON KINNEY Purchased the Traverse City Landmark "Pioneer Station of the North" established in 1911. Corner of State & Union
2005: SOUTH OF TRAVERSE CITY, MI Purchased property on US 31 South. Just west of Menards, Started Construction in the spring of 2005, completed the New Complex in the summer of 2005, and Opened for business that fall.
